SYARIKAT LOGISTIK PETIKEMAS SDN BHD UPGRADES FLEET WITH FIVE BRAND NEW VOLVO FM440

Volvo Trucks recently delivered five Volvo FM440 to its long term fleet customer, Syarikat Logistik Petikemas Sdn Bhd (Petikemas), renowned for providing integrated logistics services encompassing warehousing, transportation, custom clearance and forwarding, freight forwarding and value added/ancillary services across the country.

The vehicle handover ceremony was hosted at Volvo Trucks HQ in Shah Alam, attended by the key management team from Volvo Trucks, Petikemas and representatives from Petronas Chemicals, a key business partner of Petikemas.

To mark the memorable occasion, Mitch Peden, Managing Director of Volvo Trucks Malaysia handed over the Volvo Trucks mock key and a scale model to En Rafidi Abdul Rahman (Financial Controller) of Petikemas, together with their business partner En Mohd Azizi Muda from Petronas Chemicals, Onsite Distribution (PCOGD), Commercial Division. The delegation in attendance was also was made up of esteemed truck drivers from the logistics company, including En Ahmad bin Othman, the driver trainer of Petikemas, who was the Volvo Fuelwatch Challenge Champion for 2014.
