Volvo Trucks Malaysia hosted a vehicle handover ceremony for its first time customer – Mun Loon Paper Converting Sdn Bhd. The official handover of 2 units of Volvo FM 440 6x2 prime movers was held at the Volvo Truck’s dealer in Prai. The ceremony was attended by Mr. Loh Ka Hoong, Director of Mun Loon Paper Converting Sdn Bhd together with his management team members.
Mun Loon is a new player in the logistic industry; specialising in paper stationery and printing products and ventured into the transportation and logistics industry two years ago. The two units of Volvo FM are their first investment in building their own truck fleet and they have decided to partner up with Volvo Trucks as an investment of trust and confidence.
Mr Loh Ka Hoong, Director of Mun Loon Paper Converting Sdn Bhd mentioned, “Our business has grown by leaps and bounds. Right now, we need and demand trucks that are reliable and dependable as uptime is very important to us. Volvo Trucks has always been renowned for the quality and safety of their products which is our primary ask. Moreover, their aftersales and breakdown services assurance has given us the confidence and convinced us to make the leap of faith to purchase our first trucks with Volvo Trucks.”
The two new Volvo trucks are equipped with Dynafleet- Volvo Truck’s Fleet Management system which will further help in saving fuel and reducing costs.
